1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and hnd 765 ("Platform", "we", "us", "the company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of hnd765.best, the hnd 765 mobile application, and all related services ("Services").

2Member Eligibility

Weekly cashback for VIP members is calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period (Monday to Sunday) and is automatically credited every Monday before 12:00 noon. 7Betting & Game Rules

Bets cannot be cancelled after a match has started, except under specific circumstances (match cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time).

• All live (in-play) bets are final once accepted by the hnd 765 system.
• In the event a match is postponed or cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• For matches interrupted after more than 90 minutes of play, results are generally considered valid based on the score at the time of stoppage.

For Live Casino games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, all decisions made by the dealer are final. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game:

• Multiple account ownership
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Activities suspected of involving money laundering
• Bonus or promotion abuse
• Upon request by the relevant authorities

9.2 Closure by Member

Members may close their hnd 765 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. All valid balances will be returned via the original payment method within 3 business days. Any bonuses that have not yet met their rollover requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10Intellectual Property
